City Wide Revival
City-Wide Revival is sponsored by Edgar Baillie Ministries. Edgar and Holly Baillie are being used of God to bring radical change to the body of Christ as we return to the style of the early church services. Edgar is used mightily by God in miracles on a regular basis. Holly is used to speak prophetically to the Body of Christ, as well as to individuals. The presence of the Lord is tangibly powerful in their services. Because the Holy Spirit is in charge, you never know what will happen, or who will be used in the service!!
